🎯 What You’ll Do:

🧡 Oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced TikTok Live studio

🧡 Train and coach TikTok Live talent to perform confidently and effectively

🧡 Monitor performance metrics and provide live feedback during broadcasts

🧡 Manage the studio calendar, equipment, environment & technical setup

🧡 Collaborate with content, production & marketing teams for engaging live sessions

💡 You’re a great fit if you:

✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience with TikTok Live or livestreaming platforms

✅ Thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things organized

✅ Have strong leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving

✅ Communicate clearly and confidently — both on and off camera

✅ Know how to work with tools like ring lights, mics, cameras & TikTok’s backend

✅ Enjoy coaching others, tracking success metrics, and improving results

🛠 Bonus if you’ve worked in:

📦 E-commerce or livestream selling

🎬 Content production, talent management, or events
