Schedule: Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | In-Office

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented SENIOR BOOKKEEPER to oversee the financial integrity of our clients. In this role, you will act as a key person ensuring books are flawless through systematic checks and balances, driving accurate monthly close-outs, and translating numbers into actionable weekly and monthly reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Bookkeeping Review & Audit: Conduct a monthly check-and-balance review of the bookkeeping, ensuring all entries are categorized perfectly and resolving discrepancies before final reporting.
Monthly Account Close-Outs: Perform thorough monthly close-outs for all client accounts, ensuring reconciliations (bank statements, credit cards, A/P, A/R) are fully tied out.
Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and deliver comprehensive monthly financials—specifically Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and Balance Sheets—to clients in a timely manner.
You’re the One If You:
Have 5+ years of bookkeeping experience
Are a QuickBooks Experienced User
Communicate clearly and enjoy working with people
