📍 Clearwater, FL | 🏢 In-Office | 🕘 Full-Time | Mon–Fri | 7 AM – 3 PM

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to help us stay sharp, accurate, and forward-thinking as we grow.

If you love numbers, structure, and improving systems — this role gives you the space to lead and make a real impact.

You’ll work directly with our executives and finance team to ensure clean records, efficient processes, and informed financial decisions across the company.

💠 What You’ll Do:

📘 Manage daily accounting operations: GL, AP/AR, bank reconciliations

📆 Lead monthly and year-end closing processes with accuracy

📊 Prepare detailed financial reports to support leadership decisions

🧿 Ensure compliance with internal policies and U.S. GAAP standards

📈 Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning

💠 Identify process improvements and implement best practices

🤝 Collaborate with internal departments and external partners

🗂 Maintain clear and complete documentation and audit readiness

👥 Guide and mentor junior accounting staff (if applicable)

🔷 You’re a Great Fit If You:

✅ Have 10+ years of experience in accounting, including GAAP

✅ Have 7+ years of hands-on experience with QuickBooks

✅ Communicate clearly and collaborate with ease

✅ Are dependable, structured, and detail-focused

✅ Thrive in fast-paced, ethical, and team-oriented environments
