Location: Clearwater, FL
Schedule: Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM | In-Office

What You'll Do:

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline

  • Manage leads and opportunities in the company CRM

  • Respond quickly to inbound leads and referrals

  • Follow up consistently and move prospects through the sales process

Close new business

  • Conduct discovery calls and meetings with potential clients

  • Clearly present Cummins Worldwide services and solutions

  • Guide prospects from first conversation to signed agreement

Develop relationships

  • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Identify opportunities to expand services within current clients

  • Become a trusted advisor to business owners

Generate new opportunities

  • Network and develop new lead sources

  • Build relationships with referral partners

  • Help increase awareness of Cummins Worldwide services

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented

  • Comfortable speaking with business owners and executives

  • Organized and disciplined in managing follow-ups

  • Ability to learn and confidently present professional services

  • Experience in sales, consulting, or business development preferred
