Schedule: Monday–Friday | Work Hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with flexibility based on project demands

VN Florida Home LLC is seeking a hands-on Rehab Project Manager to oversee residential renovation projects throughout Pinellas County. This role is responsible for managing contractors, vendors, project timelines, budgets, and daily field operations to ensure each property is completed on schedule, within budget, and ready for rent or resale.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple residential rehab projects from start to completion.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and overall production progress.
• Create, maintain, and analyze project reports while ensuring accurate documentation.
• Communicate project updates and proactively identify and resolve issues before they impact timelines.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Construction, residential rehab, property management, or renovation experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent computer skills in basic Outlook and Excel with the ability to quickly learn new software.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work with a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to safely lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Must be comfortable working in an active, fast-paced environment that requires frequent walking, standing, bending, and moving between project areas.
• Ability to respond promptly to changing priorities and operational needs while maintaining accuracy, safety, and professionalism.
• Must be able to perform these essential job functions consistently, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work Environment

• Fast-paced, field-based construction environment.
• Daily travel throughout Pinellas County with occasional travel to Pasco County.

Compensation & Growth

• $30.00 per hour, with the opportunity for a pay increase after 90 days based on performance.
• Performance-based bonus opportunities available from the start.
