Cummins Worldwide is hiring an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide excellent personal, logistical, communication, scheduling, travel, and administrative support.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, coordination, communication, travel planning, and helping important projects and activities run smoothly.
This is not a traditional administrative position.
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, resourceful individual who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, managing details, and ensuring commitments, schedules, communications, and projects are properly executed.
The successful candidate will become a trusted right hand, helping maintain order, coordination, and efficiency across personal and professional activities.
Your Mission
To provide exceptional personal, logistical, communication, scheduling, travel, and administrative support to the Principal, Mrs. Victoria Cummins.
This role ensures that appointments, events, travel, communications, projects, and personal matters are properly organized, coordinated, and executed so the Principal can focus on producing results and achieving objectives.
What You'll Do
Manage the Principal's calendar, appointments, meetings, consultations, and scheduling requests
Coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, itineraries, and travel logistics
Prepare daily and weekly schedules and ensure all commitments are accurately communicated and executed
Coordinate personal appointments, wellness appointments, beauty appointments, and other personal services
Act as a communication point between the Principal and executives, staff, vendors, service providers, and outside contacts
Coordinate and manage multiple cycles simultaneously while ensuring no important actions are overlooked or dropped
Coordinate private consultations, meetings, seminars, events, and special projects
Research products, services, vendors, and purchasing options as requested
Gather information, pricing, estimates, and proposals for review and approval
Coordinate approved projects through completion
Assist with event planning and execution for both personal and professional activities
Assist with travel preparation, packing coordination, and itinerary management
Coordinate with household staff, vendors, service providers, and contractors as needed
Capture photos and videos during events, travel, and activities as requested
Assist with gathering content for social media and promotional purposes
Maintain accurate records, notes, schedules, and project tracking systems
Ensure all communication cycles are handled promptly, professionally, and confidentially
Provide daily reports and next-day planning summaries to the Principal
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all personal, professional, financial, travel, family, and business matters
Be available to travel domestically and internationally as required

Preferred Background
2+ years of experience in executive support, personal assistance, project coordination, hospitality, lifestyle management, or similar high-trust roles
Experience supporting executives, business owners, entrepreneurs, or high-level professionals preferred
Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook Calendar, scheduling systems, and organizational tools
Experience coordinating travel, events, communications, and logistics
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
Fluent English required
Additional languages are a plus
Schedule
This position requires domestic and international travel as needed.
The schedule will vary based on travel, events, projects, and the needs of the Principal. Flexibility is required.
When not traveling, the schedule is as follows:
Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Candidates should be willing and able to travel worldwide for extended periods of time.
