We are looking for a dependable, hands-on person to help care for and maintain a beautiful private property in Largo, Florida.

This is a full-time role for someone who enjoys working with their hands, keeping things organized, fixing small issues, and making sure a property stays clean, functional, and well cared for day to day.

We are looking for someone proactive who naturally notices when something needs attention and enjoys taking care of it without needing constant direction.

The property is already in very good condition. This role is more focused on daily upkeep, organization, groundskeeping, light maintenance, and helping keep everything running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Perform general property upkeep and day-to-day maintenance

• Handle small repairs and maintenance tasks as needed

• Keep indoor and outdoor areas clean, organized, and presentable

• Perform mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, and general groundskeeping

• Monitor irrigation systems and outdoor equipment

• Walk the property regularly and identify anything needing attention

• Maintain tools, supplies, and work areas in good order

• Coordinate outside vendors when specialized work is required

• Help ensure the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Ideal Candidate

• Enjoys working with their hands and staying active

• Reliable, organized, and self-motivated

• Comfortable with tools, outdoor work, and general handyman tasks

• Pays attention to details and takes pride in doing quality work

• Able to work independently and follow through on responsibilities

• Comfortable working in a private residence environment

Preferred Experience

• Experience in property maintenance, groundskeeping, handyman work, landscaping, or similar roles

• Basic maintenance and repair skills

• Experience with lawn equipment, tools, tractors, or irrigation systems is a plus

• Light plumbing or electrical knowledge is helpful but not required

Schedule

Full-time, on-siteApproximate hours: 8:30/9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Some flexibility may be needed depending on property needs.
