Bilingual Executive Assistant (English/Spanish)
📍Location: Largo, Florida (In-Office Only)
🕘 Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
About the Role:
We’re seeking an exceptional Bilingual Executive Assistant to support our high-performing executive, in a dynamic and purpose-driven environment. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, ever-evolving settings and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct daily support to the Executive Director in both English and Spanish.
Manage calendars, schedules, travel bookings, and meeting prep with strategic foresight.
Anticipate executive and business needs before they arise—be proactive, not reactive.
Serve as a liaison across departments (sales, marketing, logistics, etc.).
Solve problems creatively and independently.
Coordinate events, track project timelines, and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Handle a wide range of administrative and operational duties with speed and precision.
