Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Home Love Construction is actively building and scaling its electrical division and is seeking a Electrical Operations Manager to lead operations, production, and long-term growth.
The ideal candidate is operationally strong, decisive, and comfortable managing both people and production in a fast-moving, trade-based environment.
What This Role Is Responsible For
Division & Production Leadership
Own the day-to-day operations of the Electric Division
Ensure the service calendar is full, organized, and producing weekly revenue
Oversee execution of 10–15 jobs per week, with aggressive growth targets
Field & Team Management
Lead and support electricians and administrative staff
Hold field teams accountable to daily and weekly production expectations
Create structure, clarity, and consistency across field operations
Growth & Expansion
Drive expansion efforts including hiring additional electricians and increasing job volume
Work closely with leadership to develop systems that support sustainable growth
Tracking & Performance
Track value of services delivered, job completion, and division profitability
Ensure operational efficiency, quality control, and customer satisfaction
