CSI Interfusion (CSI) is looking for a self-motivated and dynamic account manager to help us further drive the growth of our business.
CSI, (a ChinaSoft Group company, size of 40,001+ employees, globally) , a leading global provider of IT consulting services, technical services and outsourcing service , was established in 2000 and headquartered in Beijing, China and owning 20+ subsidiaries worldwide , such as China Mainland, China Hongkong, the United States, England, Ireland, Hungary, Singapore, Japan etc.
- Client and staff relationships
- Achieve order, revenue and gross profit targets and control.
- Define and develop the strategic plan to grow business
- Provide insight and advice to onshore and offshore delivery teams for continuous improvement in service delivery
- Must be comfortable with having achieved quotas
- Guiding recruiting and placements
- Looking for Experience with Microsoft accounts
Desired Skills & Experience
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- 3+ years of sales experience, IT Solutions and outsourcing Service s experience is preferred.
- Proven sales and account management skills and managed at least 15+ HC team before
- Driven to achieve results and takes personal responsibility to overcome obstacles to achieve those end results in a positive, collaborative manner
