Founded in 2013, CrowdStreet’s technology solutions provide real estate investment managers (sponsors) a scalable platform for growing and managing a large investor-base. We are transforming real estate investing by creating universally accessible, transparent, and efficient markets. CrowdStreet’s platform extends beyond the fundraising of a deal to cultivating and growing lifetime value for the sponsor through building, managing and expanding ongoing investor relationships.

To support our company’s rapid growth, we are hiring an experienced recruiter to join our team for a 3-6 month contract position. This contract recruiter will lead recruitment efforts for all departments at CrowdStreet including sales, investments, finance, engineering and product/services.  You will lead recruitment efforts by working closely with the People Operations Team and Hiring Managers to develop new candidate sources, screen, interview, prepare offers, manage candidate communication and post offer processes, and deliver effective on-boarding.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Leverage your network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates

  • Leverage social media, associations and niche sites to identify to recruit diverse talent into the organization

  • Thoroughly screen and present candidates with the necessary knowledge and experience in relation to position requirements

  • Manage and coordinate candidate communication and interview scheduling

  • Negotiate and extend offers of employment to selected candidates

What We Must Have

  • BA in Human Resources, Business or similar field; or equivalent work experience

  • Demonstrated experience building a rich pipeline of diverse talent; knowledge of best practices on diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace

  • Minimum of 3 years developing and completing recruiting sourcing strategies for a tech or high growth company

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in high volume, specialized and technical recruiting environment

  • Experience with both active and passive candidate sourcing

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system

  • Proactive & collaborate attitude

  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with no hesitation of cold calling, networking, and public speaking

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships

Not Required, But Nice to Have

  • Experience in commercial real estate, investor relations, or SaaS
