Summary

We have an exceptional opportunity for the right individual as an Analyst, supporting a team specializing in tenant representation brokerage with global portfolios consisting of industrial and office assets.


Essential duties and responsibilities

  • Extensive interaction with existing clients in support of Senior Brokers in account management activities
  • Detailed financial analysis of client’s real estate portfolios and individual transactions
  • Market research and analysis globally, with a concentration in North America
  • Utilization of real estate dashboard technology and labor analytics
  • Preparation of presentation materials for clients and prospective clients
  • Ad hoc administrative functions related to business operations
  • Participate in business development activities

Education/Experience

  • BBA in Finance, Real Estate, or related business or economics field preferred
  • Real Estate License (or actively working toward obtaining Real Estate License)
  • Past experience or genuine interest in commercial real estate
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals
  • Flexibility to travel as business opportunities dictate
  • Relevant experience preferred, but not required
