Summary
The Program Manager, Communications and Engagement ensures organizational alignment, executive transparency, and stakeholder adoption for enterprise real estate initiatives.
In addition, the role manages the enterprise Amenities Program, coordinating stakeholders, rollout communications, and ongoing engagement to ensure amenities initiatives enhance employee awareness and experience, as well as align with broader real estate objectives.
Key responsibilities
The Program Manager develops and executes executive communication frameworks that provide clarity into portfolio performance, governance updates, and program impact. This role manages structured rollout communications, stakeholder engagement forums, and adoption readiness initiatives that support regional implementation efforts.
The Program Manager creates change impact assessments, messaging toolkits, and engagement dashboards to measure adoption and proactively address resistance. The role partners closely with Governance, Enablement, Finance, and BI teams to ensure communications reflect approved strategy, sequencing, and performance metrics without assuming ownership of financial controls or delivery execution.
In addition, the Program Manager oversees the Amenities Program lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, managing implementation timelines, supporting vendor and regional alignment, and ensuring consistent communication of amenities standards and benefits. The role monitors program performance, gathers employee feedback, and drives continuous improvement to enhance workplace experience outcomes as the portfolio scales.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in program management, communications, or change management within a corporate or enterprise environment
- Proven experience developing executive-level communications, including building presentation decks (MBR/QBR/ABR) and structured reporting materials for senior leadership
- Strong ability to translate complex program data into clear, concise reports, dashboards, and executive narratives
- Strong understanding of change management principles, with demonstrated experience driving adoption and organizational alignment
- Experience supporting large-scale portfolio, real estate, or workplace initiatives preferred
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner across governance, operations, finance, and data/analytics teams
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with communication planning tools, survey platforms, and reporting/dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Smartsheet) preferred
- PROSCI Change Management Certification preferred
