Summary

The Director, Lease Administration is accountable to direct, control and audit agreed company wide and client wide initiatives across business segments. This role is responsible to participate in developing, marketing, and delivering business services, among other tasks. The three main internal responsibilities are to:

• Manage the service delivery processes specifically during the implementation and project phases and on an exception /audit bases during the Ongoing Phase of Delivery

• Provide resources, guidance and /or support to Senior Account Managers as to the implementation of tools, methods, and company-wide standards, as requested by those team leads and Ownership

• Ensure tools are updated and working for all teams


Essential duties and responsibilities

• Run agreed production metrics for management review and follow up

• Run report of production exceptions by team and by client; report weekly on over-SLA’s

• Provide tactical assistance as requested to onboard, engage, or re-engage an account

• Execute company projects /initiatives that have an effect on ALL accounts and recommend revenue producing projects /initiatives. All Projects should have a Close-Out Report

• Continually interview and look for resources for all areas of the Company

• Maintain positive Client relationships through direct interaction with Clients

• Ensure the highest quality of data and timely delivery of deliverables including processing of documents

• Approve Client Contracts and work orders, create documents if necessary

• Assist with monthly client billings as needed

• Participate in NBD

• Manage Employee Onboarding and Offboarding

• Additional tasks or responsibilities as requested /required


Qualifications

Required:

• This person has excellent communication skills. Can discuss issues that are more strategic and defend a position, both verbally and in writing, and act as a resource in meetings. Experience with personnel communication preferred.

• Database maintenance capabilities. Capability to create necessary spreadsheets, presentations, and documents with analysis.

• Can arrange and participate in meetings as required. Proficiency with presentation software and business case preparation required. Complete resource to set the agenda, prepare the presentation, drive a consensus and assign follow up duties.

• 7-10 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years managing a team
