Summary
Cresa believes in providing Advisors with the base of knowledge and guidance necessary to be an effective and productive commercial real estate professional throughout their career. All Advisors, whether experienced or new to the commercial real estate profession, are provided sales training the “Cresa Way” either through written training manuals, mentorship with a senior broker or Managing Principal, involvement in teams and regular training meetings.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Quick grasp and understanding of company niche and market advantages offered by Cresa's local office to convey these advantages to prospects
- Heavy prospecting for new client relationships via phone and door-to-door contact and communication
- Learn and sharpen presentation skills to win business
- Office Specific:
- Learn to quickly discern property attributes – their value and how they provide positive or negative consequences for clients
- Learn who the players are in the local market, and develop relationships
- Learn and stay current with market trends, tenant/buyer movement and deal points
- Strongly consider continued education and involvement in commercial real estate organizations and designations
Qualifications
Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Very strong work ethic and desire to work in a sales environment
- Entrepreneurial approach to business—desire to evolve into straight commission compensation
- Ability to work well with others
- Strong math skills and problem-solving capability
- Desire to make real estate a career choice
Education/Experience
- Must have Commercial Real Estate License in Pennsylvania
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of Office-specific commercial real estate experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
