We are seeking a CRO Manager to help our our clients improve their onsite conversions. We believe setting up successful experiments requires getting into the mindset of your target audience, which takes research, analysis, and people skills. Any person can look at website copy and design/UX and say this is awful, but a great CRO manager should be able to articulate exactly what isn't working, what could be better and why.
Manage and optimize digital experiences - websites, landing pages, apps, etc.
Ideate and develop hypotheses, build and execute A/B or multivariate tests according to an optimization strategy and testing plan
Develop data-backed personalization strategies to increase message match throughout a client’s sales funnel
Communicate testing impacts to clients - wins and losses
Collaborate with teams responsible for all traffic generation in order to optimize each conversion path to decrease CPC, cost per acquisition, contacts per order, buy cycle and more
Monitor and collect both quantitative (metrics) and qualitative (surveys, heatmaps, etc.) data points across the user journey to make iterations on testing plans
Create briefs and execute changes on test results to optimize conversion paths
Increase conversion rates, revenue per visitor, engagement, time on site and more
Optimize the lead-to-customer conversion rate
Increase funnel marketing efficiencies
Generate comprehensive reports for clients’ overall business analysis
Monitor industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition
Highly proficient in creating, managing & tracking tests in conversion optimization platforms, such as Visual Web Optimizer (VWO), Optimizely, Google Optimize, Reflektion, etc.
Past experience with web analytics, A/B testing, marketing tactics and growth acquisition
Highly proficient in Google Analytics (certification is a bonus)
Proficient in ecomm platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce and Magento
Must be a critical thinker and problem-solver, capable of solving complex business issues
Strong sense of curiosity that pushes you to read, ask questions, research, and dig deep into what makes people tick (understanding of user psychology)
A natural wordsmith with strong creative writing skills, should have a feel for customizing tone, diction, style, and format to each buyer persona
Good time management skills, self-starter
Ability to multitask and work with multifunctional teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
