About the Job
- Perform audits and reviews of multiple Governmental and Nonprofit client engagements.
- Maintain active communication with partners, managers, and clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction.
- Understand and implement procedures based on the attestation plan.
- Identify and communicate management suggestions to improve client internal controls and accounting procedures.
- Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on projects.
- Actively participate in recruiting talent for the Firm.
- Attend professional development and training seminars on a regular basis.
- Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Accounting.
- Active CPA license preferred or pursuing CPA licensure.
- 3+ years of prior experience in public accounting.

- Knowledge of US GAAP and Regulatory Basis Principles.
- Proficiency in US GAAS and GAGAS.
