Hotel - Bistro - PM Bar Attendant

About Us:

Award-winning Courtyard Marriott property located in the heart of Boone, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. The Bistro offers guests and locals a casual dining experience, with healthy and fresh, made-to-order breakfast and dinner options, including a full-service bar and 24-hour Starbucks. The Bistro also offers full-service catering options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as an open bar, for groups using the meeting space facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Bartending and serving in our bistro and meeting room (catered events)
• Making Starbucks coffee and specialty drinks
• Preparing food and delivering to guests based on their order
• Adhering to Marriott's brand standard for steps of service and local health department regulations for food safety
• Overseeing transactions, stocking, and cleaning of The Bistro

Requirements:

• Shift is 4 pm-11 pm for dinner and bar service
• The schedule is Sun and Mon nights off, Tues - Sat
