Hotel AM-Barista and PM-Bar Attendant

About Us:

Award winning Courtyard Marriott property located in the heart of downtown Boone, offering flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement. The Bistro offers guests and locals a casual dining experience, with healthy and fresh, made-to-order breakfast and dinner options, including a full service bar and 24-hour Starbucks. The Bistro also offers full-service catering options for breakfast, lunch, dinner, as well as an open bar, for groups using the meeting space facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepping menu items
• Making Starbucks coffee and specialty drinks
• Preparing food and delivering to guests based on their order
• Adhering to Marriott's brand standard for steps of service and local health department regulations for food safety
• Overseeing transactions, stocking and cleaning of The Bistro

Requirements:

• Shifts range 6am-12pm for breakfast OR 4pm-11pm for dinner and bar
• Part-time and Full time opportunities available)
