We are seeking a Project Manager to deliver an outstanding client experience. This position is client-facing and requires the ability to simultaneously manage multiple clients, and retain meaningful relationships ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, in scope, and within budget.  


  • Client Delivery 
    • Shape project scope, develop and manage project plans, identify resource needs, and coordinate schedules to ensure workforce coverage
    • Manage and ensure all aspects of client contracts are upheld regarding the scope of delivery, budget, timeline, required deliverables
    • Partner with client to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, in scope, and within budget  
    • Develop project plans, delivery schedules, and milestone markers to track progress throughout the project lifecycle
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontracted consultants
    • Coordinate communication between the client and internal stakeholders
    • Manage closeout workflows, including engagement surveys and following up on additional client needs
    • Track and maintain all client records including project-specific data, opportunities, and financials


  • Optimize and Enhance Operational Processes   
    • Maintain complete and accurate data in the organization's Salesforce and knowledge management systems
    • Monitor, report, and track organizational key performance indicators associated with performance, quality, and customer satisfaction
    • Coordinate and support quality assurance reviews of assigned client work products and services


  • Support Business Development Initiatives 
    • Cultivate new opportunities within the existing client portfolio
    • Partner with internal team to provide guidance and support on proposals and project scope   
    • Coordinate and lead client meetings including design sessions, pitches, and project scope meetings


    • Three plus (3+) years of program/project management experience  
    • Ability to simultaneously manage a minimum of 25 projects
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple short and long-term engagements through all aspects of a project life cycle 
    • Excellent written and verbal (in-person and remote) communication skills 
    • Demonstrated client relationship management experience
    • Two plus (2+) years of Salesforce experience required
    • Experience using Salesforce Classic, Enterprise Edition preferred
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks with short timelines
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work full-time in our Silver Spring, MD office
    • Relocation is not available
