We are looking to expand our team with dedicated DE&I professionals having 3-5 years of training and facilitation experience conducting virtual and in-person sessions.
Delivers dynamic training and education to clients (in the areas of race and equity, bias, inclusive leadership, and micro behaviors).
Partners and supports colleagues to ideate and improve our products and services.
Easily builds, maintains, and strengthens rapport with clients and colleagues.
Collaborates with Business Development to cultivate new opportunities for revenue generation.
Contributes to and provides thought-leadership on emerging trends and new organizational ideas.
Qualifications of the ideal candidate:
3-5 years of facilitation/training experience in the DE&I space in corporate environments.
Excellent public speaking skills.
Adept at presenting with online video technology for maximum engagement.
Highly coachable and genuine willingness to grow as a DE&I consultant.
Assist in identifying and cultivating new client relationships using new media.
A remote work environment with a monthly allowance to offset some technology expense
Salary $90,000 - $115,000, based on experience
