Sr Code Analyst / Documentation Engineer

The Solution Documentation Manager will lead the end-to-end strategy and governance of the AI-driven documentation ecosystem. This role is responsible for defining documentation standards, establishing templates, ensuring structural consistency, and overseeing the lifecycle of all technical documentation generated by the AI platform. The manager will collaborate with engineering, QA, and AI teams to create a scalable documentation framework, enforce quality benchmarks, and drive continuous improvements in accuracy, usability, and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain standardized templates, structure, and formatting guidelines for all technical documentation (architecture, API, deployment, module, and code-level docs).
• Build and execute a roadmap for AI-driven documentation generation and maintenance.
• Review and approve documentation outputs to ensure relevance, quality, and audience alignment.
• Work closely with Sr. Code Analysts, documentation engineers, and AI teams to streamline documentation workflows.
• Establish quality KPIs and audit processes to ensure documentation remains accurate, consistent, and up to date.
• Create and enforce governance for terminology, taxonomy, and versioning across products and repositories.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize documentation coverage, structure, and readability.
• Facilitate cross-team communication to align documentation expectations with product, engineering, and QA functions.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in documentation strategy, information architecture, and content lifecycle management.
• Proven experience creating and governing documentation templates and standards for enterprise-scale systems.
• Excellent command of technical writing methodologies and documentation tools.
• Ability to work with diverse engineering teams and translate technical details into structured documentation.
• Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI/LLM-based documentation workflows or knowledge management systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and enterprise documentation tooling.
• Understanding of RAG-based knowledge systems, MCP frameworks, or documentation automation platforms.
