Sr. Business Analyst / Sr. Product Manager

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Business Analyst/Senior Product Manager to lead and shape our products and solutions, particularly in the domains of ERP, Document Management Systems (DMS), Paperless Government Initiatives, and Workflow Management Solutions. The ideal candidate will balance business goals, user experience, and customer needs while driving innovation and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

Domain Expertise

• Document Management Systems: Define and enhance DMS features to streamline information storage, retrieval, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Paperless Government: Lead initiatives to design and implement digital solutions that support paperless government processes, improving efficiency and transparency.
• Workflow Management Solutions: Develop workflows and automation strategies to optimize business processes and improve productivity.
• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP): Drive the development, implementation, and optimization of ERP solutions to streamline operations, integrate business functions, and enhance organizational efficiency.

Product Design and Development

• Customer-Focused Design: Conduct user research and create detailed personas to inform user-centric design decisions.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market trends to identify new opportunities and refine product strategies.
• Feature Ideation: Conceptualize and lead the design and development of new features, addressing product gaps and aligning with customer needs.
• UX/UI Design: Develop wireframes, mockups, and interaction designs using tools like Figma and Adobe XD to guide development teams.

Strategic Collaboration

• Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate effectively with management, development teams, and customers to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and trade-offs.
• Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver intuitive and scalable solutions.
• Requirements Translation: Translate business objectives and user needs into detailed, actionable product specifications.

Customer and Market Engagement

• Customer Interaction: Work directly with customers to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with delivered solutions.
• Branding and Marketing Collaboration: Partner with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and visual appeal in product launches.

Requirements

• Education: Minimum BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MBA-IT from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis, focusing on Enterprise, SaaS solutions, DMS, or related domains including Oracle, SAP, Odoo etc.
• Skillset:
• Proficiency in Design Tools: Figma, Balsamiq, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD).
• SaaS Lifecycle Expertise: Strong understanding of SDLC and SRLC for SaaS products.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Experience in using analytics tools to drive product strategies.
• Customer-Facing Skills: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
