Product | Hybrid in Islamabad, Islamabad Capital Territory, Pakistan | Full Time
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Figma Designer who’s passionate about crafting visually stunning, intuitive, and impactful user experiences for enterprise-grade digital products. This role goes beyond traditional UI/UX — you’ll be responsible for shaping how complex business solutions come to life through user journey visualizations, interactive prototypes, and design-led solution blueprints that help our customers clearly understand how the solution will work in real-world scenarios.
You’ll work closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, and Engineering teams to translate business processes and technical architectures into beautiful, human-centered design experiences using Figma and modern AI-powered design tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design projects — from discovery and wireframing to prototyping and handoff using Figma as the central design platform.
- Create interactive user journey maps and solution blueprints that visually explain workflows, process flows, and system interactions for customers.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transform complex technical requirements into clean, engaging user interfaces that align with our brand and design guidelines.
- Use AI-powered design tools (such as Galileo AI, Uizard, FigGPT, Framer AI, or Midjourney for concept visualization) to accelerate ideation, enhance creativity, and automate repetitive tasks.
- Develop and maintain a scalable design system in Figma, ensuring components consistency across platforms and components.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, synthesizing findings into actionable design improvements.
- Stay ahead of design trends, particularly in AI-assisted UX, motion design, and design system automation.
- Work with stakeholders to visualize customer journeys and business processes in a way that non-technical audiences can easily understand.
- Support creation of presentation-ready design assets and product experience demos for executive and client-facing sessions.
