Job Description: Product Manager

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Product Manager to play a key role in shaping our product’s future. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for finding the right balance between business goals, user experience, and our customers' needs while driving our brand's purpose forward. You will contribute to the design, ideation, and development of new features, ensuring they align with both customer requirements and business objectives.

Major Responsibilities:

• Customer-Focused Design: Create market-leading user experiences by conducting user research, defining target audience personas, and leveraging insights to guide product design.
• Data-Driven Approach: Use customer and user feedback, along with competitive analysis, to identify opportunities for new feature development and product enhancements.
• Identify Product Gaps: Generate ideas to address gaps in the product and work with the team to improve overall product capabilities.
• Strategic Communication: Communicate ideas, strategies, and trade-offs clearly to both top management and development teams, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.
• UX/UI Design: Create wireframes and interaction designs for product features using tools like Figma, Photoshop, or similar software.
• Feature Ideation and Specs Writing: Lead ideation of new product features and write detailed specifications for the development and QA teams.
• Customer Collaboration: Work directly with customers to gather requirements, understand their needs, and ensure these are aligned with business goals.
• Branding and Marketing Design: Collaborate on product marketing and branding initiatives to ensure consistency in messaging and visual appeal.
• Mockups and Prototypes: Develop low and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Balsamiq and Figma to present new features and enhancements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineers, product managers, and designers to create simple, intuitive, and effective interfaces.
• Requirements Translation: Translate business requirements, technical needs, and user expectations into visually engaging, user-friendly designs.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications: Minimum BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MBA-IT from a recognized institution.
• Experience: 05+ years of product management experience, with a focus on SaaS product ideation, design, and implementation.
• Proactive & Self-Starter: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to make decisions based on data and insights.
• Strong Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to write clear product specifications, define goals, and devise strategies to meet business objectives.
• Quick Learner & Problem Solver: A high level of openness and adaptability, with the ability to rapidly learn new concepts and translate them into practical solutions.

Skills:

• Software Requirement Gathering and Elicitation
• Design Tools Proficiency: Experience using software such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Balsamiq, and Sketch for creating low and high-fidelity mockups.
• Enterprise Solution Knowledge: Understanding of Enterprise Products SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and SRLC (Software Release Life Cycle).
• Customer-Facing Skills: Experience in presenting, conducting meetings, and negotiating with customers and stakeholders.
