Convo is looking for a creative and eager sales representative to develop our enterprise sales pipeline. Responsibilities

As an enterprise sales representative, you will be responsible for developing a new pipeline of prospects and converting them to customers. We are looking for a creative, metrics-driven individual that can expand our reach in key markets. This means recognizing customer trends and buying behaviors, and flipping them into sales opportunities. The ideal candidate is someone who can:

  • Prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline
  • Navigate client org structures to find key decision makers
  • Communicate comfortably across an organization, from C-level to business unit experts
  • Intimately understand customer needs from an enterprise software product
  • Identify new market opportunities and use cases
  • Quickly adapt to market and product changes
  • Negotiate the complexities of an enterprise software sale
  • Work with Marketing to create collateral, attend industry conferences, and communicate with the press
  • Act as liaison for activities between customers and internal groups, including Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing

Skills & Qualification

  • 1+ years in sales, preferably in enterprise SaaS
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), and the ability to interact effectively with peers, internal/external clients and prospective clients
  • Demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in highly competitive environment
  • Outstanding relationship building skills with a high degree of responsiveness and integrity
  • Top tier university for undergraduate and/or graduate studies
  • Strong appetite to learn, raise your hand, and think strategically
  • Desire to work in an exciting and quickly evolving startup environment
  • Demonstrated leadership in technology or startup
