Pre Sales Specialist

Job Overview:

CONVO is looking for a motivated and skilled Pre-Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pre-sales and sales, with a strong understanding of Telecom and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sectors. You will work closely with our sales and channel alliances teams to provide technical expertise, deliver presentations, and ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide technical solutions for Telecom and BFSI industries.
• Assist in developing sales proposals and deliver technical presentations to clients.
• Provide pre-sales support for customer queries, addressing technical concerns and offering appropriate solutions.
• Prepare product demonstrations and participate in client meetings to showcase our offerings.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to identify new business opportunities.
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively.
• Support the sales team in closing deals by offering technical insights and expertise.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and new technologies.
• Assist in responding to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and preparing technical documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration, Computer Science (CS), or Electrical Engineering from reputable university.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in pre-sales, sales, or channel alliances.
• Experience in the Telecom and BFSI sectors.
• Familiarity with sales processes, technical product presentations, and customer requirements analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with clients effectively.
• Must have own conveyance to visit sites, as travel within and outside the city is required.
