Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Architect

Job Description:

CONVO is seeking a skilled professional with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and a strong foundation in database architecture, cloud infrastructure, and data schemas. This role combines technical knowledge with strategic implementation to design and optimize enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems.
• Design scalable database structures, schemas, and workflows to support business operations.
• Leverage cloud platforms (Azure preferred) to build and manage secure, high-performance solutions.
• Develop and maintain data models, ETL pipelines, and reporting frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with security and data governance standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP/CRM systems.
• 08+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of database design (e.g., star schema, snowflake schema) and data lakes/warehouses.
• Hands-on expertise in cloud platforms, particularly Azure, including compute, storage, and networking.
• Familiarity with ETL tools and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Certifications in Dynamics 365, Azure, or related technologies.
• Experience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
