- Must have Strong written and spoken English language skills.
- Should be able to understand product flows and features.
- Should be able to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Must be a computer savvy.
- Must have prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Should be able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Should be able to update himself and then the team of best support practices.
- Should be able to resolve product problems by clarifying the customer complaints, determine the cause of the problem and explain the best possible solution.
- Should have the basic knowledge of support ticketing platforms, including Intercom.
- At least 2 years of experience of providing support to US-based clients is a plus.
NOTE: QA engineers with 2+ years of experience, who fulfill the above criteria can also apply.
Bachelor in Computer Science/Software Engineering.
