Convo is hiring for Business Analysts who are passionate to grow with a thriving organization!
S/he will act as the primary interface with clients, understand their business requirements, technical requirements and business dynamics to facilitate with the best-possible solutions through Convo.
Location: Karachi, PK

- Assist Convo Sales team in achieving Revenue/Profitability targets, lays the groundwork to acquire customers and support clients throughout the sales process.
- Building relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities/leads by developing new relationships with prospective clients supported with research and due diligence.
- To seek domain/industry skills for a Hybrid SaaS solution
- Learn the client's business requirements, technical requirements and/or competitive landscape and apply your technical knowledge and experience to bring new solutions to your aligned clients.
- Maintain an understanding of the client’s industry, including industry trends, industry business processes - Develop a strong understanding of IaaS, PaaS and SaaS (Cloud and On-Prem solutions).
- Work with Product as a team deep technical experience can be leverage at clients to support client success
- Collaborate with Convo teams to define, design, and detail the technical aspects and feasibility of proposed solutions.
- Develop teaming capabilities and organizational skills and the ability to effectively work with multiple organizations.
- Support technical escalations, designing solutions; and answer technical questions throughout the sales process in order to progress/close sales and develop customer relationships.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively, accurately and with a sense of urgency, both written and verbally.
- Deliver solution workshops, product demonstrations, technical education, and Proof of Concepts.
- Understand customer needs, Build a value proposition, and establish a compelling reason to act.
- Understand competitive technologies and their place in the market.
- Be a technical sales consultant to our clients and a technical sales leader for Convo’s sales teams and/or Business Partners/Resellers.
- Any other assignment by your line manager/s.
- At least 2+ years in client-facing Business Analysis/relevant roles, preferably with academic background in Business and/or IT from a reputable institution
- Experience with lead generation and pre-sales will be an advantage
- Previous experience with IT/Software products will be an advantage
- Excellent skills in communication
- Excellent business acumen, customer-orientation and professionalism
