· Set up work stations across in NYC and remotely in the US

· Onboarding/offboarding team members, systems credentials management

· Maintain highest level of security

· Maintain internal conference room communications systems

· Long-Term – Optimize the IT Infrastructure itself

· Constantly look to optimize current infrastructure architecture

· Stay on top of bleeding edge solutions that can expand our ability to seamlessly work in succeed in any situation.

· Dialed in to latest infrastructure threats, prevention, and if need be solutions.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced marketing agency environment supporting a range of functions/departments.

· Advanced proficiency in supporting Mac and PCs

· Understanding of Active Directory-like systems

· Experience supporting software/platforms for creative, and production.

· Conceptual mastery of service management tools such Jira.

· Demonstrated leadership and/or customer service experience.

· Highly responsive with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Excellent time and project management skills. You have clear systems and composure to deal with multiple tasks at once.

· Outstanding organizational skills leading to providing creative solutions, driving our high-level customer service, and positively impacting our client work.

· A strong intellectual curiosity. You are a creative problem solver, interested not just the fix, but why there was an issue, and how to prevent it

· A strong exposure, appreciation, and expectation of project management and an unwavering commitment to process.

Compensation

· Base salary: 90,000 - 100,000
