About the Role

As Campus Director, you will be the driving force behind the success and growth of the campus. You’ll oversee operations, enrollment, administration, and staff development while ensuring that students are supported every step of the way in achieving their academic and personal enrichment goals. This position is perfect for a visionary leader who can motivate teams, implement strategic initiatives, and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee campus operations and ensure all performance goals are met or exceeded.
  • Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate campus staff, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with the strategic team to develop and manage campus budgets effectively.
  • Support and lead teams to track student progress and resolve barriers to success, ensuring retention and on-time graduation.
  • Establish and implement development plans for staff to foster ongoing improvement and excellence.
  • Deliver exceptional student services leveraging structured follow-ups and satisfaction assessments.
  • Manage departmental KPI's and accountabilities ensuring all departments are aligned and meeting critical metrics.
  • Cultivate an outstanding campus culture focused on achievement, engagement, and enrichment.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years leading operations, sales, and administrative initiatives. Proven track record of success in leadership and program development.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree is required (Master’s degree preferred) or 10+ years of proven industry expertise.
  • Skills & Attributes:
    • Strong leadership and team-development skills.
    • Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal abilities.
    • Experience managing budgets and organizational resources.
    • Ability to work successfully with diverse populations.
    • Knowledgeable of student life, engagement, and campus activities.
