Part-Time Door-to-Door Marketing Position

Looking for a part-time job that gets you outside, lets you meet people, and pays well?

We’re currently looking for motivated people to join our door-to-door marketing team in the Colwood and Langford area. This is a great fit for students or anyone looking for flexible work with solid pay and performance bonuses.

No experience required. We’ll teach you everything you need to know.

Pay

• $21/hour guaranteed pay plus the ability to make more
• $5 for every qualified lead you generate
• $25 bonus for every lead that turns into a booked job
• $2 for every lawn sign put up
• Additional bonuses available for top performers

What the job looks like

• Walking through neighbourhoods and talking with homeowners
• Introducing our painting services in a friendly, low-pressure way
• Collecting contact information from interested homeowners
• Putting up lawn signs in approved areas
• Working independently or sometimes with another marketer

What we’re looking for

• Friendly and outgoing people
• Good communication skills
• Someone reliable who can work independently
• Comfortable walking for a few hours at a time
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

A vehicle is helpful but definitely not required.

Hours

Part time, usually around 10 to 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling.
