Full-time salary options of $75,000–$85,000 with signing & retention bonuses of $10,000- additional hourly and employment options also available depending on position and schedule*.

Health + Vision Insurance Paid 100% with an HSA Contribution up to $2,200 annually- an estimated $6,190.00 annual employer contribution based on 2027 rates*.

120 Hours of PTO + 7 Paid Holidays- plus an additional 8 hours of PTO for each year of employment up to ten years*.

Retirement Contribution- SIMPLE IRA with company match of up to 3% and immediate vesting- up to approximately $2,550*.

Continuing Education Included- CSTC pursues grant funding each year to expand professional development opportunities, and offers a paid annual OccupationalTherapy.com membership*.

What You Need

• Applicable Colorado licensure and education requirements met.

• The ability to provide therapy, communicate with clients and families regarding care, and complete documentation.

• School therapists must be able to determine eligibility for services, develop IEP’s, submit Medicaid documentation, collaborate with special education teams, & monitor student progress.

• Be able to work both independently and collaboratively, and have a passion for making a difference!
