The Position

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager with strong consultative, project management, data driven, analytical and technical skill sets.  Ultimately, you will provide technical, product and business knowledge to support sales processes and strengthen client relationships.

  • Provide strong project management in support of pre-sales and post-sales processes
  • Address and work with IT to resolve related queries in a timely manner
  • Commit fully to managing multiple, complex client accounts and relationships using sound judgment
  • Train clients on how to use systems and tools effectively
  • Provide IT team with clients’ feedback to help identify potential new features or products
  • Partner with Business Development team to report on client satisfaction, retention, and churn
  • Identify solutions to reduce support costs
  • Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
  • Liaise with the Business Development division to assist in winning new business
  • Establish best practices

Education and Experience

  • BA or BS (or higher) in Business or related field
  • Background in Healthcare preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in operations and client service capacity
  • More than 3 years’ experience in account management role
  • 1+ years of experience working in Microsoft office suite, specifically Excel (creating, saving, formatting spreadsheets), Outlook (creating and send messages, scheduling meeting, adding attachments, deleting emails, filing emails), PowerPoint (creating, saving, formatting documents) and Word (creating, saving, formatting documents)

  • Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
