Position Summary:

We are seeking a Client Interface Specialist to own the relationship between our customers and systems interface.  The successful candidate will be eager to learn, self-directed, highly motivated and focused on problem solving and production.  

Qualifications & Experience 

The individual will be expected to:

  • Onboard our customers and give them support to achieve their goals
  • Ensure our customers achieve their desired outcomes
  • Investigate and trouble shoot customer issues, respond to requests and resolve bugs in reporting
  • Exercises judgement to provide quality customer support and escalates accordingly
  • Process new business loads and account recalls

Candidate Attributes

  • High attention to detail
  • General knowledge of data migration and integration needs
  • General knowledge of technology-based SaaS and service-oriented industry
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to listen and assess stated and unstated needs
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt, learn and apply professional/business concepts
  • Ability to multi-task, organize and manage time
  • Ability to express technical concepts to a non-technical audience


  • 2 years of CRM Software experience
  • 2 years of Customer Service experience
  • Experience with Ontario FACS a plus
