Managers play an active role in supporting a variety of daily activities for current or potential clients. Individuals will manage training presentations and coordinate outreach activities across the year.  Performance is heavily dependent upon an intimate knowledge of our syndicated content and research and consulting capabilities. This knowledge will be used to allow Managers to connect our services and content with the needs of the market broadly, a specific industry, or a particular client.

Individuals in the role are given the ability to not only own key tasks for their department, but innovate and evolve their role on an ongoing basis. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing day-to-day in-bound and out-bound requests related to our services and capabilities
  • Tracking key metrics related to utilization, communication effectiveness, or KPIs
  • Enabling the new member on-boarding process
  • Leading training for our digital insights and research platform
  • Identifying new contacts within the organization to broaden our relationship with an existing client or secure a new relationship for the business
  • Creating thoughtful email campaigns related to our newest content and upcoming events
  • Schedule critical milestone meetings or prospect meetings via phone and email throughout the year to ensure strong engagement and revenue performance
  • Utilize SalesForce to document firm activities and deliver actionable analytics
  • Developing member value plans, servicing presentations, or marketing collateral



  • Minimum of a four year bachelor's degree with a major in business management (Marketing as a specialty preferred but not required); with a strong record of academic achievement in these
  • Strong intellectual curiosity with interest in market research and consumer insights as a plus
  • Strong commercial outlook and client service ethic
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that demonstrate a proven ability to develop relationships with a range of internal and external constituencies
  • Able to contribute their own ideas while working in a team environment and think strategically
  • Outstanding organizational skills that enable effective execution and time management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and comfort with ambiguity
  • Computer and technology fluency is essential; strong knowledge of and proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint required
  • Knowledge of Spanish and of Latino culture helpful but not required


This position is based at our offices in Bethesda, MD, just over the D.C. line. We are right over the Metro, on the Red Line. There is minimal, but occasional, travel required—and for those who want to travel, we can probably make that happen, too. Applicants must reside in, or be willing to relocate to, the Washington DC metro area.
