CodeScience, Inc. is a professional services firm that enables organizations to deploy enterprise business processes into the cloud. The firm’s core offering is designing and building products for Salesforce ISV partners. The company also provides a range of services to Salesforce customers and on other SaaS platforms.
We are hiring a talented Director of Revenue Operations professional to join our team. The Revenue Operations Director is someone who will partner with the Revenue Leadership Team to set the strategy for the revenue team’s processes, tool usage, and a data driven culture in order to drive revenue growth. Successful candidates will have a strategic, as well as analytical mindset and be able to navigate shifting priorities. This opportunity includes responsibilities for hands on data analysis.
Responsibilities for Revenue Operations Director
You use your super powers to partner with the revenue leadership team, establish the strategy and governance for processes to drive actions and activities for sales reps.
You look forward to supporting Marketing, Business Development and Sales.
Your creative outlet is Identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiencies for the revenue team.
Share your love of data to enable a data driven culture through metrics, analytics and data based decisions for the revenue team.
Provide insight to Leadership through data analysis for revenue performance.
You have an uncanny knack for proactively looking at data trends, identifying gaps and opportunities, determining root cause and making recommendations for revenue strategy & process.
Drive the end-to-end sales planning process to its destination.
Dashboard creation & maintenance.
Develop a revenue tool strategy, including conducting an audit of the current toolset. Ensure the toolset meets the needs of the revenue team and delivers value.
Oversee tool configuration.
Implement new technologies as needed to support revenue teams. Train staff on new technologies and software.
You’re familiar with Salesforce (and not just because it’s a hot stock) and can oversee configuration changes.
Oversee the Deal Desk.
As the company & team continue to grow, manage additional team members.
Qualifications for Revenue Operations Director
A deep understanding of Revenue Operations with a minimum of five years relevant experience.
Five + years in a managerial position.
Demonstrated history of driving improvements to the revenue process.
Strong analytical skills, able to quickly and effectively sort through data to identify key issues
Strong communication skills with the ability to expertly tailor messages to the appropriate audiences
Ability to problem solve
Ability to perform advanced computing functions
Familiarity with databases and sales software
Ability to work well in groups
College degree - better yet, you left college because it was slowing you down
Comfortable working with remote teams spread across multiple time zones.
