The Marketing Manager joins a lean yet high-performing team at CodeScience. We work hard but we do it in a positive and people-first environment. In this job you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities for the sales team within targeted accounts. The ideal candidate is strong both on the strategic level and on the tactical/execution level.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can gracefully juggle a portfolio of programs and competing demands simultaneously.

You have solid experience creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns leveraging digital marketing, direct mail, webinars, and social media to drive engagement.
You have a knack for critical thinking and problem-solving.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Design and execute 1:1, 1: few, and broad-based marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments. This includes plan development, strategy definition, and creative execution (including copywriting and art direction). We do periodically use outside writers for specific projects, but the majority of the content production happens in-house.
Develop and implement pipeline acceleration programs for specific targeted accounts and contacts
Monitor, evaluate, and then adjust campaign performance with an eye towards continuous improvement
Aggregate and maintain inputs for content strategies, including audience insights, personas, messaging, competitive information and feedback from clients
Collaborate with the team on innovative ideas to continue to position CodeScience as a thought leader and drive engagement with key stakeholders
Manage our social media
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent)
Minimum 4 of years’ background in B2B marketing, with a thorough understanding of the principles behind ABM
Strong writing skills with the ability to develop content in the CodeScience voice
Excellent communicator, including keen listening skills
Ability to synthesize inputs from diverse sources, including partner, customer, delivery and sales teams
Flexible and able to shift strategies and tactics when required
Detail-oriented, well organized, efficient with time management, and able to work autonomously in a remote work environment
Proficient with Salesforce, Marketo, Google Apps, Slack, and social media platforms
Experience in the Salesforce ecosystem
