The CodeScience Managed Services team supports our clients as they bring their products to market, guiding on ISV best practices, supporting their go-to-market execution, backing up their customer support teams, and advising them on product enhancements and future releases.
The Managed Services Product Analyst (MSPA) is a subject matter expert for a portfolio of clients, supporting them on their product path on the Salesforce platform and ecosystem. The MSPA rides the line between relationship manager and technical consultant. The client will lean heavily on you for guidance and direction on the Salesforce Platform, support working with their customers, and defining the future direction of their products .
The MSPA can present complex information equally well to a C-level audience or a developer, has hands-on experience implementing Safesforce.com functionality, and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders during the implementation phase.

Duties & Responsibilities
Triage client support requests, resolve the requests you can, and refer requests to other resources when necessary.
Provide Salesforce platform expertise to help clients make product business decisions.
Assist clients in resolving issues with the customers’ implementations of their products.
Guide clients in working with Salesforce and use of ISV business management tools.
Support client sales organizations in understanding their products and efficiently bringing them to market.
Facilitate requirement gathering/interview sessions, synthesize requirements.
Configure declarative portions of applications in Force.com.
Collaborate with clients to produce technical and product documentation to facilitate enablement and effective knowledge transfer, both within CodeScience and the client organizations.
Identify and manage changes to the scope of services and product change requests.
Guide and support clients through new release testing and deployment processes.
Research, investigate, and request assistance with solutions and considerations when client requests fall outside your knowledge and experience.
Desired Experience and Characteristics
College degree - better yet, you left college because it was slowing you down
5+ years of software industry experience
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience with custom applications or implementations
Hands-on experience with declarative development and configuration of the Salesforce platform
Demonstrated experience in the requirements gathering process by recording key requirements, asking questions and developing an understanding of key use cases
Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple levels of an organization.
Ability to drive tasks to conclusion with others on your team.
Possess a client-focused attitude through conversations and documentation
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, and other Salesforce products a plus
Related Salesforce certifications a plus.
Familiar with Agile process and case management tools such as JIRA/Confluence, Trello, ZenDesk, or the like
Comfortable working with remote teams spread across multiple time zones.
Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator and/or App Builder certifications
Completed and can describe multiple Salesforce CRM or Force.com implementations
Knowledgeable in the following CRM subject areas: Sales, Support/Service & Call Center, and Custom Application Development using the Salesforce platform.
