Position:


Seeking a rock star Digital Marketer to join our team! You will be responsible for our paid and social media campaign strategies, landing page/digital asset enhancement, and A/B testing. Our ideal candidate has extensive hands-on experience in managing and promoting B2B marketing campaigns across digital channels to increase conversions.


Contract is full-time for at least 6 months with potential for hiring to W2.



Duties & Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Create new digital channels to drive leads, spark engagement and initiative conversions.

  • Manage, optimize, and scale:

    • Paid ads, social media, and more – everything from budget allocation to creative optimization to managing the agency.

    • Our analytics efforts – and provide actionable advice and directions.

    • Our split tests and growth-hacking efforts – your insights will drive conversion-centered redesigns of key flows and digital assets.

  • Partner with our internal Content Team to coordinate assets needed for integrated marketing campaigns 

  • Develop compelling digital marketing programs by leveraging existing assets and repurposing to maximize engagement and conversions.

Experience:


Required:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing. Experience in marketing B2B technology products or services preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or relevant field of study.

  • You have managed and optimized B2B campaigns and you have documented results from your previous work in online ad optimization.

  • You love data and analytics, and love to quantify your work and results. Plus, you have a creative eye for effective A/B testing.

  • You are a strong team player with an ability to develop effective working relationships across a distributed, remote organization 

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude

  • A knack for critical thinking and problem-solving

  • Technically skilled at making full use of marketing stack, including reporting from CRM (Salesforce.com), Marketing Automation (Marketo), ABM, (Engagio), website bot (Drift), and Google Analytics

  • Experience with marketing to Healthcare Life Sciences and Fintech verticals is a bonus

  • Familiarity with ABM frameworks and best practices is a bonus.
