Codero BDRs specialize in qualifying and working with new leads. They are responsible for providing Codero’s clientele with solutions based on facts and understanding of each customers' business needs. Successful candidates are driven, smart, and focused on providing Serious Support™ to our clients.
Qualify and assign marketing-driven leads.
Sell to small-business and startup clients both domestic and international.
Manage an account base of Codero clients and ensure Codero is providing the solutions that will allow them to succeed.
Assist AE team with account management.
Attend events or travel to meet with clients.
BACKGROUND and ABILITIES
1-3 years of successful sales/account management experience in a BtB role.
Candidates should be comfortable with outbound calling. Experience preferred.
Demonstrated desire to learn emerging technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree preferred. Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
At the Codero’s discretion, a high school diploma or equivalent plus an additional 4 years of relevant sales experience may substitute for the degree requirement.
