About the Role:
Coalition is looking for an experienced People Operations - HR Generalist to join our San Francisco office. You will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day operations of all HR personnel administrative matters, as well as drive programs, processes and tools to support team growth and professional development.

Provide high-quality, timely HR support for Coalition employees in the US, Canada and Europe
Manage day-to-day HR processes & HRIS, including payroll & benefits administration, on-boarding and off-boarding, and reporting
Partner with legal counsel to maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance company-wide
Support employee retention, employee relations management, performance management, and career development
Provide support to recruiting team as needed
Perform other duties related to being a key member of the Operations team
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
4+ years of experience in an HR role (benefits administration and HR compliance)
Demonstrated knowledge of the HR field, including an understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations
Experience supporting HR functions across multiple global locations
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills
Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner
Ability to multitask and adapt well to change
Proficient in G Suite, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred
