COSTPOINT ERP ADMINISTRATOR

Corporate | Hybrid in Denver, CO | Full Time | Applications accepted until Dec 12, 2025 | From $100,000 to $140,000 per year

Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP professional to support our multi-company implementation of Deltek Costpoint during the critical go-live, stabilization phases, and ongoing administration of the system. This role bridges functional and technical responsibilities—providing configuration expertise, system administration, and hands-on support and training to ensure a smooth user experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in system configuration, troubleshooting, user support, and administration – ideally within multi-entity Costpoint environments. Payroll experience is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time support during go-live, assisting with error resolution and process documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and implementation partners to ensure accurate configurations and data validation.
  • Guide accounting and project management teams through system workflows, reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure proper intercompany setup, allocations, and financial consolidations across multi-company structures.
  • Configure and maintain Costpoint system settings, security roles, and approval hierarchies.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and “Desktop How to Guides”
  • Develop and refine dashboards, reports, and audit controls to support compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions in alignment with security policies.
  • Monitor system performance, apply patches, and coordinate upgrades.
  • Support integration with Time & Expense, payroll, and reporting tools.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer during stabilization and provide ongoing user support and education as system enhancements are introduced.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience working with Deltek Costpoint, ideally in multi-company environments required.
  • Proven success supporting or leading ERP go-lives and stabilization phases.
  • Strong understanding of Costpoint configuration, security administration, and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage user roles, permissions, and system workflows.
  • Familiarity with integrations such as Time & Expense, payroll, and reporting tools.
  • Strong understanding of project accounting, billing, intercompany work order processes, pool configuration and financial consolidations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines during go-live and critical support periods.
  • Strong documentation and process improvement mindset.
  • Flexible availability during go-live and stabilization phases.
  • Experience with GovCon environments and compliance (FAR/CAS) and familiarity with integrations (e.g., Time & Expense, payroll, reporting tools) is preferred.

Other Requirements:

    • You must be able to work in the US without sponsorship.
    • You will be required to obtain Military Base Access Security Clearance.
    • A valid driver’s license required.

  • Salary range: $100,000-$140,000/year based on experience, plus eligible to participate in Short Term Incentive Plan.
