    We are seeking a stellar Technical Writer for our high performing product team. We need a diverse individual who has a deep technical background, is an excellent writer, as well as a collaborative and dependable teammate.  The main focus of this role will be writing and curating online documentation to help our customers use and understand the capabilities of our platform.  Additionally, there will be the need to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Engineering, and Sales. To be successful in this role you will be a team player who is comfortable working as an individual contributor, shows a passion for working in the technology industry, and wants to develop new skills and learn new technologies.. 

    More about this role; We are looking for someone who can:

    • Understand complex concepts and turn them into easy-to-understand procedures and overviews

    • Create structured content and restructure legacy content

    • Identify opportunities for reuse and define reuse strategy

    • Develop "real-world" scenarios that string together procedures in an innovative and engaging way

    • Help coordinate collaborative authoring, including creation, curation, and optimization of new and existing content

    • Gather and incorporate feedback from subject matter experts, customers, and customer advocates

    • Be passionate about contributing new and innovative ideas to the team as we strive for continual improvement

    • Show proactive attention to detail and consistency (terminology, formatting, structure)

    What we would like you to have:

    • 2-4 years experience in producing user-level documentation for a complex commercial software product

    • Experience with Jekyll/static site generators

    • Familiarity with and understanding of REST APIs and related concepts

    • Strong focus on the customer and user experience

    • Well-developed problem solving and critical thinking skills

    • Great sense of humor, humble and driven!
