Cloud Elements Product Management Intern Job Description

We are seeking a Product Management Intern to join our team!  The Product Management team is focused on driving new innovations and and extending the Cloud Elements products.  As an intern on the product management team you will be mentored by top pro’s in the field and will dig in deep to our technology, industry, and customer use cases.  The ultimate goal is to help the team provide new and existing customers with an exceptional experience with the most innovative integration products on the market and of course give you experience working with one of the most forward thinking and hyper growth technology companies in Denver!

More about this role:

  • Research our vendor’s support processes and contracts where applicable

  • Research and test Elements (API connectors) capabilities as needed

  • Work with vendors to obtain API sandboxes and support for their API’s

  • Identify support process with vendors and submit support tickets when applicable

  • Research and resolve Sandbox Account issues (password changes, changed API keys)

  • Work with internal teams to resolve sandbox account configuration blockers

  • Work with vendors where applicable to help resolve and maintain sandbox accounts

  • Monitor API’s for changes and aid to evaluate impact (will the change break integration)

What we would like you to have:

  • Technical or Business degree in process

  • Previous internship with a technology company

  • Excellent professional writing skills a must!

  • Hunger to learn and work hard in order to progress your career forward and support the team!
