Cloud Elements People Operations Admin Job Description

We have an immediate need for someone to help our team and our CEO stay organized!! We are seeking a detail oriented, driven People Operations Admin to be the “glue” in a fast-paced environment.  This is a unique opportunity to jump into the startup community and be mentored by some of the industry’s best players and have a huge impact on our company culture.  You may start out as our office savior and assistant to our CEO,  but you will have the option to dive deeper into People Ops, Recruiting, or Human Resources!  We are here to help guide you in your career growth!

What you will do as our People Ops Admin (and if you are “the one” you will find things to add to this list!):

  • Assist our CEO with organizing his schedule and keeping appointments

  • Assist recruiting with scheduling interviews, paperwork and onboarding

  • Coordinate with our building management (Industry) on all things related to facility management.

  • Plan and coordinate company meetings, events, happy hours, fun times!

  • Manage company shared calendar - enter employee birthdays, anniversaries, company events and holidays

  • Participate in and occasionally lead our company Culture Club where we dream up fun activities for the team and discuss other hot topics related to company culture

  • Manage office supplies, snacks, employee swag

  • Order business cards

  • Help keep the office neat and tidy

  • Work in a collaborative team, at an awesome location, with smart, fun people!

About you:

  • At least 2 years of experience assisting a C Level Executive with calendar and email management

  • Incredibly organized, ambitious, loves to help others

  • Demonstrate professional and courteous writing and communication styles in email, Slack, etc.

  • Working knowledge of Google GSuite

  • Experience using Slack

  • Experience with conferencing systems such as Zoom (we will train you to be an expert if you are not already!)

  • Love to plan parties and company gatherings/events!

  • Outstanding customer service skills and business acumen

  • Adaptable, flexible, and excellent problem-solving skills

  • A drive to improve, both personally and professionally
