At Cloud Elements our customers’ experience and making them successful is one of our most important tasks. Customer satisfaction, retention, and growth are key to our longevity. In this role you will be a major contributor on the Onboarding Services Team. It is important that you have an understanding of the technical details of the product, the features, and the use cases of our customers. You will be ensuring that customers find value in our products and get technical guidance when they need it.
We are looking for an engineer who is a passionate problem solver that genuinely cares about providing an exceptional customer experience and being a technical partner for our customers as they develop their integrations.
What you will do as an Integration Engineer at Cloud Elements:
Help customers troubleshoot issues on the platform; document defects/feature requests and identify training opportunities with customers
Demonstrate/train our customers, primarily engineering teams, on the Cloud Elements platform
Advise customers on the design/development of custom API integrations using our technology
Research API technologies and advise on integrating with third party applications
Drive improvements to our documentation by writing user facing technical documentation and partnering with the Cloud Elements documentation team on larger initiatives
Contribute to the Cloud Elements Open Labs community by building example integrations on our platform
Advocate for the needs of our customers with the Cloud Elements product/engineering organization
Develop learning videos, integration quickstart packages and technical enablement content
What we are looking for:
1-3 years of experience in a fast paced, customer facing role (software experience preferred)
Outstanding customer service skills and business acumen
Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals and translate when needed
Self-motivation and excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to help customers in challenging situations while maintaining a positive attitude
Willingness to learn new tools or technologies
Passionate about understanding customer use cases
Knowledge of RESTful design, APIs, and web technologies
Adept at reading and understanding API Documentation
Prior experience teaching or training preferred
Previous experience in the Integration space is a plus
Strong ability to influence and inspire others
