Job Description:

We’re looking for an Alliances Marketing Director that can help operationalize and support our Strategic Partners marketing strategy and the supporting programs. This will include marketing planning, sales enablement and joint partner campaigns with a focus on growing the awareness of Cloud Elements products and offerings with strategic alliances and the enterprise market. This marketing leader will also be responsible for evolving, monitoring, and tracking alliances marketing plans and strategies - measuring progress against pipeline goals.

This position would collaborate closely with the strategic alliances and field marketing team. This marketer will be adept at understanding the landscape of alliance partnerships and how to best shape joint marketing strategies including co-marketing plans and campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Operationalize Go-to-Market (GTM) and joint marketing strategies with a focus on alliance partners and global systems integrators

  • Drive sales enablement across strategic alliances, and take ownership in their success.

  • Execute joint campaigns with our strategic partners

  • Build, evolve and monitor strategic partner co-marketing plans and requests, including strategic events

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Minimum 8 years of alliances marketing experience, specifically enabling large scale enterprise channels.

  • Knowledge of enterprise integration technology across the entire stack and a desire to learn new technologies.

  • Exceptional project management skills and experience, including managing external creative agencies, events vendors, and international projects, and working with a cross-functional team.

  • Independent, self-starter who can prioritize and drive deliverables to execution with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work in a flexible environment, deal with uncertainty, and travel when necessary

  • Proven and compelling executive liaison, able to gain the trust and support from the senior most stakeholders.

  • Ability to gracefully deal with senior executives at the highest level as well as orchestration of marketing plan with input from a wide variety of stakeholders.

  • Excellent written and presentation skills.
