We are seeking an enthusiastic Commercial Account Manager to join our team!  

What you will be doing: 

  • Work as the main point of contact for our customers. Acting as their trusted partner in the complex world of API integrations.

  • Gaining a deep understanding of your customer’s business challenges and goals and drive adoption of Cloud Elements to meet those goals.

  • Building relationships with CTOs, Product Managers, and Sr. Developers at customers that may range in size from SMB to large Enterprise.

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts, renewals, and upsell opportunities in Financial Services and FinTech accounts. 

  • Preparing and presenting Quarterly Business Reviews.

  • Working cross-functionally within Cloud Elements to drive adoption, identify expansion opportunities and close renewals on time.

  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of core Cloud Elements solutions and contribute to future product direction.

  • Preparing and negotiating contract proposals.

What we would like you to have: 

  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with excellent listening skills.

  • 7+ years experience as Customer Success Manager, Account Management, Technical Account Manager, or Sales Engineer preferably with SaaS, Custom Software Development or related Cloud products.

  • Proven ability to work in a team environment and create unique solutions. 

  • Demonstrated experience in customer relationship management and/or account management.

  • Strong negotiation skills, with confidence to overcome objections. 

  • Proven ability to learn new technology quickly, adapt to changing needs and possess strong analytical skills.

  • Experience making customers successful and managing complex sales cycles from start to finish. 

  • Motivated self-starter with an ability to manage and prioritize a number of tasks.

  • Experience working in the Financial Services and FinTech verticals.

  • Personable, outgoing and community-oriented – enjoy interacting with others (especially geeks!) in professional and social settings.
